Volunteers repair homes of low-income elderly and/or disabled homeowners throughout Prince George’s County, including Bowie. Church members serve on the Board, conduct house inspections, and serve as area coordinators, house captains, and volunteer workers on the last Saturday of April every year. Materials and volunteers are provided at no cost to the homeowner.
In 2025, Christmas in April is on April 26 and is one of the activities under Church on the Move.
