Youth Group. Mission Trips. Retreats. Youth Conferences. Sunday School. Local service projects. Fun nights out. Hikes. Confirmation. Coffee dates with Becky. Our youth fellowship (for 6th-12th graders) is not just one aspect of Christian growth but many. In everything we do, we try to create safe spaces for question-asking, faith formation, and a lot of fun! All are welcome to be a part of the youth fellowship. Come once, come every week. We are just happy to see you when you are here! Pastor Becky is our Youth Director and is happy to meet outside of regular youth group and scheduled activities.

Sept 22: Back To School Lesson – The Starting Line
-The beginning of a brand-new school year is typically filled with emotions. It brings new challenges, new friendships, and new opportunities. And for some teenagers, it brings new anxieties and new struggles. This lesson will help students recognize and appreciate how the start of a new school year can be an exciting time filled with incredible opportunities.
Sept 29: Community Service-Help build a new LFP 3-6pm
Or: Pause and Reflect in Prayer and Scripture 4-6pm
Oct 6: I Just Want To Belong: Identify Me Lesson
-“I just want to fit in.” How many times have you heard students say this? It’s really just another way of saying, “I want to belong.” Teenagers learn to look and act in ways that allow them to feel accepted by the world.
Oct 13: Fall Hike 1-7pm
Or: Community Service -Help build a new LFP 3-6pm
Oct 20: Wise Choices: How to know what to do
-Young teenagers often have a lofty opinion of their wisdom and decision-making ability. Because their brains are developing at a crazy rate, they can think for themselves-pushing back on the ideas held by adults in their lives and attempting to make decisions on their own. Those of us who are “more mature” know that Jesus is eager to provide wisdom and understanding as we seek him. This lesson will guide your student toward that same valuable source of knowledge so they can make wise choices.
