Being prepared when you make the trip means:
- Enter the day with the Love of Christ Jesus shining through you
- Surround those you meet with the same
- Follow directions as they are designed to expedite each project to
its fullest potential and are in accordance with National and
International shipping regulations as well as safety regulations for
working within the premises. - Pack a lunch or come prepared to have lunch at a local restaurant.
There is a fully equipped kitchen there with tables and chairs in
cafeteria style. Bring your own cup for drinking. - Bring work gloves and light weight jackets or sweaters and wear
comfortable shoes. We are working in a warehouse that is heated, but
it is a warehouse, with truck bays that could be open to receive or
send out. - There is a small gift store there to purchase shirts and other
small items. All proceeds benefit Mission Central efforts. - Car Pooling is made available and Youth are always welcome
- You will begin and end each trip in prayer knowing you have served
“the least of these, in His name.”
