Communications and Case Management Team
Team Mission – The Communications and Case Management (CCM) Team collects, organizes and retains information about requests for assistance from church families affected by disaster and communicates those needs to the Disaster Response Program Coordinator(s) and team leaders. The team will also track program response activities and assist program and team leaders in allocation of resources. By these actions, this team helps to integrate the work of the all Program teams.
