In-house registration for summer will begin on March 26. Public registration will begin on April 11. Spaces are limited! Forms are available in the school office or can be download below.
Summer Registration for Grades 1-3
We will again be offering a summer enrichment program for children who have completed first through third grade. Information and Registration Form are available below or can be picked up in the school office. Returning students can register beginning March 26; new students may register beginning April 11.
Required Health Forms: Health Inventory, Lead Screening and Immunization Certificate
