Liberia Trip 2012
We sent a VIM team in March to St. Matthew’s School in Logantown, Liberia. We went to help build a new clinic for the school and community, to provide training to the school teachers, to have opportunities to share God’s love with the students through VBS and other activities, and to learn more about our brothers and sisters in Liberia. It was an amazing trip and no one came back unchanged. See Photo Album!

2012 Youth Retreat
Our youth had their annual retreat March 2-4 at West River Retreat Center. Our high schoolers focused on the Joseph story and middle schoolers had a “Sense-ational” weekend. See more Photos!
UMW Spiritual Seaside Retreat – February 12, 2012
Sponsored by the UMW, a spiritual seaside retreat was held on a rainy, cold day at West River, MD. In this beautiful setting, ladies enjoyed coming together to deepen their faith through shared conversation and discussion. Among other activities, each participant was able to make a bracelet to give to a Women’s Shelter for victim’s of domestic abuse to help give them hope and let them know that they are a valuable child of God. Many thanks to those who planned and led a great retreat that really helped each participant go deeper on her faith journey. See More Photos!
