A well known Management Theory is that 80 % of the work gets done by 20% of the work force. This almost became a reality for our Juarez VIM Team in April. The team began with 13 volunteers, then down to 10, 7 actually departed and 6 got the job done. Two of the original members experienced the loss of a loved one just prior to departure and one became very ill. Their spirits remained with the team the entire time, and the team’s spirit with them during their tribulations. This team, in spite of many adversities arose to the call and represented St Matthew’s with grace and love in their hearts.
