Six members of St Matthew's UMC left Bowie over the Thanksgiving week to share God’s love and lend helping hand to those hit hard by Hurricanes Katrina & Rita. This was the second team from St Matthew's to work in the Gulf Region. 

Lodging for this team was at the Main Street United Methodist Church in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

This was our second trip to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi after Hurricanes Katrina & Rita.
