Knit Wits goes Intergenerational

Beverly Landymore shows Ellen Dahl fundamentals for crocheting a granny square

Knit Wits opened the doors to St. Matthew’s youth for the first time this past Wednesday.  Necessary skills were taught and the first granny square was crocheted with the eventual goal of making a complete granny-square baby blanket.  It’s not too late to get in on the action.  Next week, on Wednesday at 2:3o P.M., Rm. 126, Knit Wits will be available to instruct youth in crocheting. We need more youth to get more granny squares made! Come.  It’s easier than you might think and there is no one better at teaching the skills than our veteran Knit Wits.
